Warranty and post-warranty service

The service package provided by our staff, including the services on automation of industrial equipment and uninterrupted power supply sources, invariably includes warranty and maintenance services. Warranty and maintenance services, when necessary, and repair of the equipment shall be carried out by ITC-Electronics with support of official servicing partners of equipment manufacturers.

In case of an insured event (such as malfunctioning of the equipment purchased by the company) within the warranty period as shown in the contract (from 12 to 60 months) representatives of the company will carry out the diagnostics and repair of the equipment, and, if necessary, will involve representatives of the manufacturer in the process. The company also provides post-warranty services; the conditions of such services are discussed in a separate contract.
